Chocolate Classes


We're excited to share chocolate making techniques so you can create your own confections at home for your loved ones. We have morning classes on selected tuesdays 10am to 12pm and afternoon classes Friday nights 6pm to 8pm.

The first class starting September 5th is:

Chocolate Tempering 101: Recommended age 13+ Cost per person $100/ Groups of up to 6 $450. Learn basic information from Chocolate origins, basic info on temperatures and crystal formations, demo followed by time for you to practice your skills. You'll create mini chocolate bars, but if you want to bring a few gluten free ingredients (like strawberries) to dip in your tempered chocolate, you're more than welcome.

Hand rolled Truffles: Recommended age 13+ Cost per person $100

Working with Candy Melts : Recommended age 9+ Cost per person $80
